How To Return An Unwanted Item
The photographs on this website are quite accurate, and a proof of the artwork is always emailed for your final approval before a Timeframe is printed and sent out. However, if you are at all unsatisfied with your product it must be returned in its original unused condition. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Please email email@example.com to request a refund with your reason, once I have received the returned frame, I will issue a refund via Paypal, of which you will get a confirmation via email. I do not refund postage and packing.

As I am sending out a product that contains glass, on occasion accidents happen in transit, therefore if a product is to arrive damaged, or has a manufacturer defect, a replacement will be sent out immediately. Please notify me by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org ideally with a photograph of the damage/defect, so that either a refund or replacement can be delt with as soon as possible.
If you would like to exchange the frame of a Timeframe, this can be done for a extra small fee to cover postage/packing costs. However if you have previously approved the PDF artwork but then wanted to make a change in the artwork, once you have received your Timeframe ie: change the colour or some of the type, this will also incur a fee depending on how much needs to be changed, this can vary between £5-£20. A complete redesign will cost £20, and a print only will be posted to replace the unwanted one in the frame.
